THE EXPERIENCE
For six days, you stay in one beautiful countryside villa in southern Italy, while experiencing daily excursions to renowned locations across the Puglia region. No hotel hopping, being pressed for time with overfilled schedules. Just good food, warm air, quiet mornings, and memorable experiences woven naturally into the days.
We’ve curated a refined selection of excursions to give shape to the days, including visits to historic towns and landmarks, renowned Mediterranean beaches, olive oil tastings, guided tours, and countryside wine experiences.

ACCOMODATIONS
A Serene Villa In The Puglia Region
Set among olive trees and palm-lined gardens near San Vito dei Normanni, the villa offers a calm, private countryside base. Light-filled interiors are designed for shared meals, quiet moments, and time together, blending traditional character with modern comfort.
Outside, pristine grounds feature shaded seating and a large swimming pool with a poolside gazebo, ideal for slow afternoons and relaxed evenings. A separate guesthouse adds privacy, making the villa well-suited to small groups without feeling crowded.
Quiet and intentionally unhurried, it’s a place to explore the region by day and return to rest each evening.

1
Arrival & Welcome Evening
Afternoon Arrival
Arrival from Bari Airport and transfer to the villa. Welcome drink, room assignments, gentle orientation. Phones quiet. Relaxing is mandatory.
Evening Welcome Dinner at the Villa
A candle-lit dinner prepared at the villa, accompanied by live local music. Antipasti, seasonal dishes, regional wine, and an unhurried first night together.

Olive Oil & the Adriatic
A relaxed morning at the villa, followed by a visit to a traditional masseria for an olive oil tasting with fresh bread and local pairings.
After a light regional lunch, we head to the Adriatic coast for a private boat tour near Polignano a Mare, with time to swim and explore the cliffs and sea caves. Back at the villa, the evening unfolds with aperitivo, live music, and a relaxed dinner together

3
Matera & the Caves
Morning departure for Matera, beginning with a visit to Casa Noha for context on the city’s history. We then explore the ancient Sassi districts with a local guide, walking through cave dwellings carved into the rock and stacked along the ravine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site inhabited until the 1960s.
Lunch at a local restaurant, followed by free time to explore before returning to the villa.

The White City & Wine Country
We head out in the morning to Ostuni, the White City, for a relaxed walk through its historic streets and a simple coffee stop with views over the olive groves and sea.
After lunch nearby, we continue into the countryside for a local wine tasting at a small winery. Late afternoon brings us back to the villa for downtime, followed by an easy evening with dinner and music.

Alberobello & Beach BBQ
We leave the villa in the late morning for Alberobello, exploring the trulli-lined streets at a relaxed pace. In the early afternoon, we enjoy tapas and wine before continuing on to the coast for an easy afternoon at the beach.
As the sun begins to set, we gather for a beach barbecue, unhurried and informal, before returning to the villa later in the evening.

Slow Close
The morning is unhurried at the villa. Time to pack, linger over breakfast, and enjoy the last quiet moments of the countryside.
We gather for a relaxed lunch at the villa, followed by conversation, reflections, and a gentle recap of the week before departures. No rush. A calm ending to carry home or next destination.

Pricing
€3,970 per person
This includes all accommodations, meals, excursions, activities, and airport transfers from Bari or Brindisi.
Securing Your Spot
A €500 deposit reserves your place, with the remaining balance due within 7 days of booking.
Important Info
Travel Documents
Passports & Visas
If you’re a U.S. citizen, you’ll need a passport valid for at least six months beyond your departure date from Italy. No visa is required for stays under 90 days.
If you’re traveling from another country, check with the Italian embassy or consulate to confirm entry requirements.
Recommended Precautions
Make two copies of your passport’s photo page (the one with your photo, issue date, and expiration date). Keep one set secure in your luggage and leave one set with someone at home who can assist if your documents are lost or stolen.
International Data Plans
While the retreat encourages disconnection, we recommend activating an international data plan before traveling. You’ll have access to your phone each evening, and having data available ensures you can handle any travel logistics, emergencies, or communication needs.
Traveling with Children
If you’re traveling as the guardian of a child under 18 without both parents present, bring a notarized letter from the absent parent(s) authorizing travel and emergency medical treatment. Italy and other countries have specific entry requirements for minors traveling without both parents.

After submitting your inquiry, we’ll send you retreat details, availability confirmation, and next steps for securing your reservation.
Deposits & Final Payment
Deposit
A deposit of €500 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Final Payment
Full payment is due within 7 days of your deposit. Reservations without full payment within this timeframe may be subject to cancellation, and standard cancellation policies will apply.

We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. Payment details will be provided after you submit your booking inquiry.
Cancellations
Within 7 Days of Deposit
You may cancel within 7 days of placing your deposit for a full refund, no questions asked.
After 7 Days
Once the 7-day window has passed, cancellations cannot be refunded. However, we may be able to issue credit toward a future retreat, depending on timing and circumstances.
Each situation is reviewed individually. We do our best to work with you, but please understand that we incur real costs when bookings are confirmed (villa reservations, excursion bookings, coordination with local providers). These costs are passed along when cancellations occur.
Our Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation. This protects you in case of illness, family emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending.
Cancellation Notice
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The cancellation date is determined by when we receive your written notice.

Travel Insurance
For your safety and peace of mind, all participants are required to carry valid travel insurance that includes international medical coverage and emergency evacuation.
Guests are responsible for any medical or emergency-related expenses incurred during the retreat. The Reset Method does not assume liability for personal medical costs or unforeseen circumstances.
